same thing happened to me a couple of years ago but he started telling people just as I left the country for a holiday so I only found out three months later when I got home and people didn't believe me, they thought I'd dumped my boyfriend for this kid

I wrote to their customer service address, saying there has been an error, and to please either change or cancel the booking. I never got any reply. At all. FML
