Today, at work, a drunk demanded a salad dressing we don't have. He marched into my kitchen and demanded I make it for him. When I said we didn't have the ingredients, he pushed the microwave over and stormed out. My boss came in and wrote me up for being "pushy and rude to customers". FML

Halloween
A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Same thing different taste
Today, I got written up for not making a drink right. While getting yelled at by my boss, my co-worker made the drink the same exact way I made it. I pointed it out. My boss responded with, "He is allowed to because I like him, I don't like you." FML
Drunken lout
Today, I learned a co-worker called and awoke my boss at 3 a.m. to complain that I'd been "rude" to him. All I'd done was make a disapproving face because he'd been drinking and he was slobbering drunk, and wanted to charge his purchase to his employee account, a definite no-no when not on the clock. FML
Today, a customer at work said his table was dirty. I asked which one he was sitting at so I could clean it for him. For some bizarre reason he got pissed and called my manager over. He ended up reporting us to corporate, and my manager got written up. He's blaming me for everything. FML
Today, at work, we had an extremely rude customer who started cussing at us, and my coworker started cussing back. I jumped on the register to quickly bring down the line, and apologized to everyone for the scene. A secret shopper was in the line and claimed that I was rude. I got written up. FML
Today, a customer yelled at me so furiously that she sprayed my face with spittle. I had to stand there, smiling and politely explaining that I needed to see a receipt before I could give her a refund. When she finally gave up and left, my boss bitched me out for "provoking the customer". FML
Make up your mind
Today, my boss came around to my way of thinking. He called our customers a "bunch of assholes" and to kick them out if they gave me trouble. When a lady began yelling at me for "setting the damn prices too high" I told her to leave. My boss soon bitched me out for being unprofessional. FML
Today, I was waitressing when a man sat at my table with soda from somewhere else. Drinks are half the profit for restaurants. There is a strict policy that you have to charge for carry-in drinks. I told him this, he yelled at me so I told him I was doing my job. I got fired, for doing my job. FML
Customer service
Today, while at work, a customer, who was also on his phone, rudely asked what kinds of bread we had for his sandwich. After I told him we had many different kinds to offer, he cut me off, told me to stop playing stupid, and stormed out after holding up a long line of people. FML
Today, at work, a customer asked for my number. When I declined, he made a huge scene, shouting and scaring other customers. He tipped me seven cents. FML
Today, I was at work, stocking shelves. A customer got mad because I was in the way of her "shopping time" and knocked down all the work I had done. FML

If he was that out of it you could have probably just made or given him a random dressing and he wouldn't have noticed

Also a tad bit sadistic. That's why working with people in general is an FML.

This happened to my aunt last year on her birthday, only it was the other way around. She was the drunk and she stormed into the kitchen demanding a certain type of steak sauce. When they told her they were out, she started to make her own..

That's why I like one of the signs I see at Jimmy John's. The customer is usually right.

More like the customer is usually an idiot. But, I guess that's not very marketable.

Yeah, or mix two premade dressings to approximately match the color of the one he wants. He probably ruined his taste buds for the night already.

Lmao who gets drunk and decides to eat a salad? It just doesn't seem right

If it's any consolation, just imagine that man was extremely disoriented and thought he was requesting you mix up an antidote to the lethal poison he mistakenly ingested before being interrupted and assaulted by a rectangular metal beast.

she must possess a great imagination to jump to that conclusion. although admittedly, that's probably what happened.

Your boss should be mad at whoever didn't cut him off.

Aren't there cameras at your workplace, to help you prove your point?

Nope. Time to find a new job. No one should have to be disrespected that way
