The Apprentice
Today, I was to have an important phone interview for a job. I got a call and everything went perfectly, and they said I was hired. Later, I found out that one of my "friends" had gotten one of his buddies to prank call me and make sure the line was engaged when the real interviewer called. FML

When I was in high school, I learned the difference between tasteful and tasteless pranks. It's sad to see so many people in the world that never learned that lesson.

I'm not a grammar Nazi, but the fact that I knew the correct form of "there" in first grade and you still don't, bothers me

What does having stupid, inconsiderate jerk-friends have to do with the real world? Other than as a warning to avoid such people?
