Today, while on a cruise that I paid for, I was forced to babysit my 5 bratty nieces while my sister and her deadbeat boyfriend relaxed in the kid free zone. FML

Forced? Be honest, you allowed yourself to be talked into it. You need to stand up for yourself, then enjoy your cruise and let your sister and the asshole take care of their own damned kids while you have fun.

Totally agree. I used to be way to nice to everyone, but that didn't make me happy. I felt so much more independent once I started allowing myself to say no.

Learn to love the word "no". No one can force you to do anything. Just tell them "it's your kids, your problem"
