Today, my dad saw my cleared internet history and said, "You do know we can still track your history with your IP address, right?" I don’t ever look at porn or anything like that. I just don’t want other people knowing all my business all the time. FML

Today, I was on the phone to my boss and I mentioned about finding what he needed in the search history. Later, my dad asked what a search history is. When I explained, he went red and asked me if I could maybe delete his without reading it. Jesus Christ, Dad, use private browsing. FML
Today, my dad asked my help with a computer problem. Whenever he logged on Facebook, every single advertisement appeared to be hardcore porn. I had to awkwardly explain that these ads are based on his browsing habits. FML
Today, my dad wanted to show me a cool camera he saw on Amazon yesterday, so I let him use my laptop to find it. I realized too late that I'd forgotten to clear my browsing history. The suggested purchases section was filled with dildos and lube. He definitely noticed. FML
Today, I finally got the courage to tell my parents that I'm gay. My mom said "Yeah, we know." When I asked how they knew, my dad, without looking up from the tv, said, "We've been monitoring your Internet history." FML
Today, my parents scoured my browser history, certain that I have a hidden Facebook account that I'm using to get up to no good. Their reasoning was that there's no way my only friends are my relatives and that all I can post about is about the weather. FML
Today, while looking through my son's browser history, I found a Google search for "stop looking in my history u nosey cunt". I swore last week that I don't invade his privacy, so I can't even punish him for the bad language without looking like a lying bastard. FML
Today, my dad made me figure out how to disable the adult content filters on our internet. He spent what must have been a full 10 minutes on a distracting, long-winded speech about how he doesn't want to look up porn, but "it's just the principle of the damn thing". Sure, dad. Sure. FML
Today, I was looking at some cellphones with my dad, when an assistant asked if we needed help. My dad said, "Yeah, does this have parental controls? My son watches some freaky stuff, some damn freaky stuff." I don't watch anything weird, but thanks for humiliating me, dad. FML
Today, my mom kicked my dad out of the house and told him not to come home again. Why? I started watching some porn on my computer, forgetting I was still connected to the bluetooth speakers in the living room. My mom thought it was my dad, and I didn't have the balls to admit the truth. FML
Today, I found out my parents have a list of everything I have ever Googled. FML

Some routers make it easy to turn on website logging. Regardless though living with parents is generally a war for privacy.

As a parent, part of the verbal contract with my kid is that if he wants to have a cell phone, computer, internet etc. paid by mom and dad, we have the right to search it when we need to. And mostly we only search it to bust him for finding ways through the parental restrictions to play games at 1am when he's supposed to be sleeping or finding a way to "accidentally" buy skins on Fortnite. Basically he knows the rules and that we can search his phone when we suspect he's been breaking them. Otherwise he's not old enough or responsible enough to trust with that technology.

I can't imagine what it's like to raise a kid, much less a teenager in these days. I was a teenager when MySpace was a thing and my mom would hack into it to read my messages. There was nothing to find but it caused me to resent and hate her at that time. But I certainly wasn't buying things on her dime without permission or anything like that. If he’s not old enough or responsible enough to have technology, then why does he have it? If you can’t trust them with it, then they shouldn’t have it. You wouldn’t give the keys to a Ferrari to a 13 year old and say, “sure hope you don’t drive this.”

So Unless your dad is literally an IT and has had everything set up already he can't look back at what you've done your ISP can your ISP might also have allowed him access to that but simple solution tell him you can do the same thing to him mutual destruction
