Not a history major
Today, in history class, we were talking about Ancient Rome, and what childbirth would have been like back then. One girl asked in all seriousness why they didn't use ultrasound machines to see what sex their babies were. I have to deal with people like this on a daily basis. FML

You're their teacher, so it is your job to explain things like this. If you won't do it, then you can assume that nobody else will.

People please stop with all the "our generation sucks" shit. Think who taught and raised us. They are just as bad. We learn our bad habits from our parents. If you want to see the real people to blame for the worlds present state. Look at all the left-wing nuta that make up the liberal governments of today. Where nothing is ever your fault society made you brutally rade and murder those 5 young girls because they didnt like your shoes when you were a child. They will destroy the world before our generation has a chance. Rant over

Back in middle school in history, someone couldn't read the word cousin, didn't know what it was. Then there are those high schoolers who can't distinguish it's, its, their, there, they're, to, too, and two. I've been in multiple classes where a teacher will ask a simple question or the answer is in front of them but they just stare confused.
