Today, it's been exactly two years since I got my last raise, and the amount I'd got still allows me the luxury of being able to afford a Snickers bar every month. FML

You'd think the hassle of programming a raise of a ha'penny an hour into the payroll software would be more effort than it was worth. First, you'd have to do a lot of research to find tiny units of currency.

Psh, I`ve been working at the same place for over 3 years at minimum wage with no raise. At least you`ve gotten a raise there so I don`t see a reason to complain.
