Today, after admitting he had feelings for me, my crush returned from out of town. He'd said that while he was gone, he'd meet people, but only think of me. He came back no longer single. He's known her for 4 days. We've known each other for 6 years. FML
Today, an ex professed her love for me. Over the last couple of months I've been talking to another ex, who I'd give damn near anything to be with again. Both cheated on me, and, thinking about it now, my only thought is, "WTF is wrong with me?!" FML

Today, I randomly bumped into the girl of my dreams, my high school sweetheart whom I lost 15 years ago when my parents decided to emigrate us. I couldn’t help myself, I went up to her hoping the old spark was still there. She was just as sweet now as she was then, just heavily pregnant. FML
Today, I found out the guy I had a huge crush on back in college, and still think of every day, actually did like me back. Except I’ve been married for nearly 8 years to someone else. FML

These people exist and a lot of us have them. It's just chemistry. I mean...it's with your partner, too but with a lot more work in it so decide wise. Either you don't want the relationship you have or want but then remember: some people make us react harder then others and it's not a universal sign. It's just a neurophysiological reaction on molecules. Not that exciting as it feels sometimes. I know very well that it wouldn't work out with the person i had these reactions for so i let it go.
