Today, my band had a show. We played a love song, and during the bridge, I asked out a friend of mine who was in the crowd, over the mic, in front of at least 200 people. She said no. FML

Ah, I am very sorry... Maybe some other girl in the crowd will be like, "Well I'll go out with you!"... lol? I don't know why everyone's giving you a rough time... Because if she did like you then that would have been the cutest way to be asked out.

You deserved that. I bet you're the kind of douche who thinks it's romantic to propose marriage on a jumbotron in front of thousands of people. Asking a girl out in front of 200 people puts a lot of pressure on the girl. I would've turned you down just on principle. You're a jerk.

Stuff like that only works for musicians that have sold out. Once Sony owns your soul (in exchange for a few million dollars) then you can ask people out during a bridge. Until that point, don't be a dick.

ouch... i mean, what was her problem? sure, she didnt like you maybe but she could have told you afterwards. that was brave, trying to do something totally romantic for your crush. i know so many girls would love to have someone ask them out like that.

It's like marriage proposals. You don't put a girl on the spot like that, asking in front of a huge crowd, unless you're really fn certain. Still, bummer for you :/
