Today, I tried to make it right by visiting my girl in the hospital after she had our baby. I fucked up by freaking out and dumping her since I didn’t feel ready, but now wanted to do the right thing. When I got there, another guy was kissing her and holding my baby. My best friend/cousin. FML

You can still do the right thing and raise your child. Get 50/50 custody and start figuring some things out. And don’t try to pursue a relationship with your Babymama.

The issue started before that kid was born - you two obviously didn't use protection or didn't use it properly, which resulted in the unplanned pregnancy. Unless she's one of those girls who tampers with birth control to "trap" a guy... but regardless, you just up and left her and now, a matter of months later, you're suddenly ready to be a parent to the kid you helped create? Okay... but I mean, you left her, so she has the right to seek out anyone else. She's lucky to have found someone who's actually willing to help her with the kid.
