Today, I was walking my dog in my suburban neighborhood when all of a sudden we practically jumped out of our skin (and fur) when we heard what I assumed were fireworks. Nope, someone down the street was testing their new AR-15 in their backyard. All perfectly legal. FML

I have never heard of a city that permitted firing guns in the city limits if it wasn't at a licensed range. That's not commen, even in America.

Probably Louisiana. You can keep chickens and cows and pigs behind your shed between you and your neighbors’s home in middle of city. They were likely butchering their cow, then will use the rolling coal V-10 pickup to drag the carcass down their street to their sista-Cuzz’s house that butchers and dumps the remains in a canal. I shit you not. My dad came from here, and this place experienced this exact scenario recently
