Pre-ordered the Evo 4G LTE, eh?
Call the police, because *stolen* mail is a felony.
Try this before going ballistic... Write out a note, I received this package from my neighbor. And, sign it. I know it's stupid but it could even just be a misunderstanding where they don't want to be held responsible. Maybe?
Doesn't anyone look @ the good AT LEAST THE MAILMAN INFORMED YOU But I still feel sorry for you Do what you need to do
Step 1) Make a list of items that your neighbour has that you like, such as his Opal station wagon, 120cm flat panel TV, and trophy wife. Step 2) Sign and date the list. Step 3) Go over to neighbour's house and present the list of things you have signed for, showing they are now yours. Step 4) Hand your neighbour the bill for the phone, adjusted for inflation to no less than $500 (or equivalent).
what an ass !!
If i was in this situation, i'd remove one of her car's wheels. "You get your tire when i get my phone."
I love how there are many claims to understand the justice system in the netherlands. "Call the police" LOL. I don't claim to have enough knowledge of other justice systems besides the US's to give advice but seriously.... does everyone think that other countries justice system act just like the US? Because they don't. OP may or may not have recourse.... but thinking there is recourse based upon evidence in your own justice system is stupid.

First, call the police because the package has your name not your neighbor's. Second, call the mail company to complain about the mailman and follow up on the complaint.
Honestly, how old is your neighbor? Because he's acting like he's ten. 'Finders keepers' doesn't apply in thr real world. You should give him a high five. In the face. With your mailbox.
