Today my estranged dad shows up to my grandma's memorial church service uninvited. My parents are divorced and haven't spoken for 15 years. He also decides to introduce himself to my in-laws of 11 years - who he has never seen before. He brought his new bush pig wife with him. FML

Why the **** is it when people have an issue with a male, they almost invariably insult the appearance of the woman/women romantically involved with him?! Yes, you have valid complaints against him, but for ****'s sake, leave the GF, fiancée, wife, whatever out of the equation unless she knowingly contributed to the problem! And even then, ******* keep it to complaints ACTUALLY pertinent to the ******* issue, don't drag the completely unrelated subject of her appearance into it.

Today, my manager said it was my choice to have surgery on my arm and that I shouldn't complain, everyone goes through pain. She's right, but I was born with a birth defect in my wrist. The surgery was going to happen sooner or later, I didn't want to be born this way. FML
