Sounds like a bladder infection to me. Make sure you let the parents know and have them take her to the doctor to be sure. Also, if this is Jr. kindergarten or older and she didn't ask to go to the potty when she pooped and doesn't usually ask and just goes in her pants then I'd be having a huge talk with the parents, cause cleaning up after a kid that poops their pants all the time, isn't in your job description. (This is only if it happens all the time of course, accidents here and there are totally understandable).
LOL you should've clarified that she was your student. The entire time I was thinking she was a classmate!
Well if she is potty training that gap between last going and when it happened was a bit large
