I hear ya, OP. A lot of bigots claim that allowing same sex partners to marry destroys the sanctity of marriage. In actuality, divorce destroys it. And counsellors who don't provide counsel, instead advising divorce, are leading the brigade. Sad, indeed.

Almost every expert agrees, don't spend your time complaining about your spouse to friends, because it gets old, it may affect your relationship with your spouse and they'll probably judge your spouse for it. Honestly though... if that's the worst thing in your marriage, you're lucky. I would tell my friends to divorce someone if they made the same complaint, because their spouse doesn't deserve an ungrateful bitch.

Don't take it seriously OP she's probably going through a tough time and is doubting happiness a little right now. No couple is perfect but if you love each other enough all those faults start dissolving!

Why not just talk to your husband about the things that bother you instead of complaining to someone else? My husband sometimes chews with his mouth open and I just remind him politely. You should be able to talk about those kinds of things, which are pretty minor.
