Today, I told my boyfriend that I'm pregnant. He seemed excited, and said we should make the baby fat so he can bounce her on his lap and watch her double chin jiggle. Just to prove he's serious, he's been searching for high-calorie foods for babies. FML

You should tell your idiot boyfriend that pretty much ALL babies are fat. Besides, he should be watching the baby's tushy jiggle. It's much cuter than the chin. Yes, I said "tushy". Yes, I have kids.

Who says she can't provide for it by herself? You have no idea how successful or unsuccessful OP is in her career. It's pretty sexist and ignorant of you to say that. Also, a fat baby is not a happy baby. A fat baby is an unhealthy baby.

Who says she is succesful enough? i think 41 is the sexist one. Statistically two parents are likely to make more than one single person combined. I would bet money 41 wouldnt have said anything if it was the bf who was the single parent. I love when someone publicly calls someone else out and shows their own racism/sexism/discriminatory thoughts in the process :)

A fat, unhealthy baby can be happy too lol. Unless its too much as to cause them disease or pain of course. When they get older is when they should start changing eating habits though..

How far along is the OP that he says the baby will be a girl vs a boy? Hopefully he'll have a few more months of research. Think positive, he's excited and not feeling trapped instead.
