Today, I met my favourite singer, but when she signed my CD, the marker was out of ink. By the time I realised there was no signature, she was already gone. FML

Today, I went to see one of my favorite bands. They were having signings, but only the first one hundred could get one. When I finally got to the desk, they said I was number hundred and one, and to get lost. FML

Today, I went to see my favorite band in concert. When the show was over I got the chance to meet them. When I met the guitarist and told him my name, he recognized me. To my disappointment it was as the facebook creeper. FML

Today, at work, I told a lady checking out to sign her name after sliding her credit card. After she started signing her name, she threw the pen down in frustration saying that the pen was out of ink. We use electronic pin pads. FML

Today, I spent hundreds of pounds buying my best friend concert tickets to see our favourite band, complete with a meet and greet. I drove over very excited to pick her up to take her. She had already left. With her boyfriend. FML

Today, I went to see one of my favorite bands. When they started playing my favorite song I whipped out my video camera and sang along. As I was reviewing the video later, I realized that I couldn't even hear the band over my horrible singing. FML

You met your favorite singer! That should be the thrill! Are you ever going to forget that? I met Scott Adams, the creator of Dilbert, and he signed my tennis racquet (long story) with a Sharpie. It eventually rubbed off, but guess what, I met friggin’ Scott Adams!!!

it's just an autograph. if you stood in line for an hour to spend twenty seconds with them, you deserved it for wasting your time in line instead of enjoying the experience. if you ran into them outside of a concert environment you deserved for being a douche and bugging them with your celebrity worship. and either way you need to forget about autographs, and start living
