See if you can find any charities that provide supplies to the needy, and if not, find some old clothes and cut them up and use those as pads. You can end up with very severe pelvic and uterine infections from wishing the same dirty pad for long blocks of time. I am serious- the infections can not only outright kill you, but can cause your uterus to need to be removed, or cause massive scarring all over your reproductive organs. Even if you don't want your reproductive organs, it isn't worth the risk to get rid of them that way.
