You never give the silent treatment. It's not a punishment to a guy. If you want to punish him, do the opposite. Talk talk talk until his ears bleed. That is more of a punishment to a guy.

If you really wanted to get your bf annoyed, you should've known better than to give him the silent treatment. When it comes to a girl's significant other (aka - bf's), silent treatment is like a gift/present to them. It's the talking that's a punishment.
