Are we talking pills that increase the overall size permanently or stuff like viagra? The former don't work, I hear, but the latter just means she wants to love you long time. And hey - she got you these pills, which means that whatever your bad points, she loves you enough to stick with you. I'm assuming they weren't a parting gift as she packed up & left?
