Boy, was my first time memorable. Still, when I recover, it's all bareback for me, I guess. :/
Sorry about the bad first experience. You may not be allergic to the latex. It could be the latex or something in the lubricant ( if you used any or if there was some on the condom ). An allergist can skin test for latex allergy. A different brand of condom might contain different chemicals in the lubricant. Consult your OB-GYN about how best to proceed. Don't be shy. They have heard it before with other girls. They are there to help. Good luck.
No one's first time is what they have dreamt of either.
Ouchh. Use a plastic bag, LOL jk
RED NECK CONDOM!!! I signed up solely to say that. ;D
First comment fail! Redneck is one word!
Actually, precum only has sperm in it if the guy hasn't urinated since his last ****** to "clean himself out." Precum is supposed to be lubrication that doesn't initially have any sperm. Still, that doesn't mean I'd advocate using the withdraw method alone out of my own paranoia. Take any precautions you need to!

Ouch, that must have sucked. However, (you may well know this already) you can get latex-free condoms. Now that you know you're allergic, I'd look into getting some if I were you.
While I personally have made the decision not to have sex yet, so I haven't looked into condoms, I'm sure there are some kinds that are non-latex. Don't have to go bareback... the non-latex ones may be harder to find, but I'm sure they're out there.
