Today, after being constipated for a week and having a cold I made the effort to go down to the grocery store to buy some sushi. Good news I am no longer constipated, I have had diarrhea on and off for the past 2 hours. Never having sushi again, FML.

You should see a general practitioner sometime soon- if the sushi was bad enough to make you sick, you could have picked up parasites from it too.
