Kids say the darndest things and we really shouldn't pay any mind to it. There are plenty of acne medications you can look into btw OP.

I have acne, I feel your pain. Kids are so horribly blunt, it sucks. I've had something similar happen to me before.

i have had pretty much the same thing happen to me where a 5 year old boy kept asking what all the red marks on my face were.

Some of you people who are saying that this person is gross obviously weren't raised will and aren't educated. Acne is no laughing matter. Its there even if you wash your face. It can be passed done through family genes and it perfectly normal. Stop being rude and gain some sense! Damn!
