Misspelling someone's name has a significant meaning in art. Look more into it and understand it behind the picture, there's more to it than just a misspelling. That's art for you.
At least he gave you a gift that was thoughtful. If your name is spelled weird, then cut him a little slack. My cousin's name is Emmersyn, and no one ever remembers how to spell her name. Also, could be dyslexia? Either way, your boyfriend seems sweet for giving you a cute painting like that :)
That's a pretty big oopsie
The intention was there? hopefully he can just paint over it
At least he tried

Show it anywayI wouldn't take it personally to be honest. If he went out if his way to do that for you then you should focus on that, not be negative about having your name misspelled.
Honestly, I would've been upset too. Your name is apart of who you are. Although it may seem insignificant to some, I would expect the man I've been dating for over a year to want to take the time and learn the spelling. BUT. Kudos for him for knowing the date...
Ingrate. Your life isn't ******, but you definitely don't deserve it.
I don't see why that's such a big deal. He gave u a gift.

It's the thought that counts
Is it something overly complicated? Or something that is more commonly spelled a different way?
