Stinky mess

Today, I put my laundry into the machine before work and came home eight hours later. The clothes were still sitting there, completely dry. I'd forgotten to turn the machine on. Somehow that felt worse than forgetting the laundry altogether. FML

So you wanted your laundry to sit around wet, wrinkled, and getting moldy for the 7 hours after the washer finished, since there was no one around to transfer them to the dryer? Forgetting to turn it on was the best thing to happen to your clothes.
