If it really bothers you that much, you should probably mention it to her. I know plenty of women who enjoy larger toys that don't have ridiculous expectations for a man. Using a toy and having sex with a person are way different things.

I read somewhere that regular penetration does not cause vaginal looseness. A woman can be a virgin and loose; or have slept with 100 men and be tight. It's genetic. I think childbirth CAN permenantly stretch the opening, but a baby's a lot thicker than a forearm.
