There are several possible explanations. Many antidepressants can do this. Everyone has their own unique body chemistry and it takes a skilled psychiatrist to balance all the effects…. Another possibility is testosterone level. There are tests that a doctor can do to establish if it’s low. It gets lower with age, but unless there are other reasons rarely goes to zero…. Final possibility - What about you OP? You are part of the equation too.
