Today, at a family Seder, (a Jewish service for Passover), my mom served matzah balls during the festive meal. Considering how much I love matzah balls and there aren't many options for me to eat because I'm a vegetarian, I shouted, "I like really big balls!" in front of my entire family. FML

Uhm.. why did you shout that? Besides, matzo ball soup (at least at my seder) has chicken in it, and is served in broth, so it isn't a very vegetarian option..

Thats not even funny. IT sounds ridiculously fake and stupid.

Hey, my dad had 2 large matzo balls in his soup. He smiled awkwardly at me.

lmao. I've said something like that before... but I think I was.... three years old? :P My mommys soup was yummy this year :P

the people who posted something like who cares... You have to be Jewish cause I found this to be hilarious

I'm not Jewish and I found this hilarious.

No joke, this person is possibly my clone. I am a vegetarian and have sadi that numerous times at my family's seders. And Matzo Ball soup can be vegetarian with vegetarian broth.,

That's what you get for being a vegetarian.

This situation is common. Heck, my family makes fun of the fact that they are "balls" when we have them. Jewish humor? ;D Anyways, even Marilyn Monroe joked around with this by saying, "Isn't there any other part of the matzo you can eat?". To people saying things about vegetarians: You don't know why this person is a vegetarian, so get off their case. People who don't eat meat leave a smaller carbon footprint than those who do. So, they're actually doing good to this planet, unlike you. Plus, it's a ******* personal choice.

#56, I'm Jewish and I found this to be the least enjoyable item on the site.
