Today, I was excited about finally getting approved for 150$/week of unemployment (since nobody will hire me despite me having a Master's degree.) Then I learned my ex is leaving his gf and quitting his job and will not be paying the 157$/week in child support. And my kids lose health insurance. FML

You can take that up to court, failure to pay child support is a punishable offense

he can decide not to pay but he does not have a choice. if it is court ordered child support he has to pay it, job or no job. go back to court if you have to.

If you're on unemployment, your children most likely qualify for Medicaid or CHIP.

Today, while shopping, an old man came up to me and told me I should be ashamed for walking around fake limping, and that it's horrible to mock people who actually limp from serious injuries. I wasn't faking, I was born without my right leg and I was getting used to my new prosthetic one. FML

Today, I found out that other than having to deal with cramps, headaches, PMS, PMDD, and all the other crap that comes along with periods, that it's also not uncommon to have painful gas during that time. 5 days left. FML

Today, at my local pub, I discovered that three equally toxic women were having a contest to see who could take me home first. I'm an emotional (and not very attractive) person who spent the year dealing with a tragic breakup and I don't do hookups. These women know this and STILL waste my time trying to gaslight me. FML
