well. Life happens. Go support your pregnant friend and dump the looser. IF they want to be together support them both, if not. Your friend needs the help. People make mistakes, it happens. If she is your best friend, then really be there for her. There are many more guys out there, you will find the right person.

Friendship and support end when you sleep with your friends signifigant other. It isn't a mistake, its an outright betrayal, on both of their parts. If the other girl was really her best friend, she would have supported OP's relationship instead of sleeping with her boyfriend.
