Aye this is good though. You not only found out that he's been cheating on you, but you found out he's a narcissist too. Dodged a massive bullet not settling down with this guy. It'll feel shit now, but ultimately this is a win for you and your future happiness. You deserve better.

"Actively" meaning he's currently got several women he's seeing. "Was seeing and no longer is" would then be the definition of inactively cheating.
