Today, my hot co-worker had to use my computer, so he called me while I was at lunch for my login password. It was his name. FML

kind of cute, yet embrassing! :)

Could easily have explained it as someone elses name.. which happened to be the same as his..

Just say that it was someone else's name or that a coworker changed it to his name as a joke and you just didn't have the time to change it back! (just make sure you don't sound like a nervous retard ;P)

Just should have told him every time it asks you to change it you just use a co workers name and this time it just happened to be his ... Problem averted

Ok, here's what you do: Make up one that is believable but you know won't work. Make it embarrassing enough (like a pet name) so it's believable. When it doesn't work, recommend variations, like with numbers and capitals. Eventually give up and say you'll reset it when you get there. When you get there, when he's not looking, log in and change your password to something less embarrassing.

you should of said that's my pets name

Don't give it to him. You could get fired, if it's against company policy. Or he could send email in your name, steal your contacts, or download nasty stuff. If it's a point of sale terminal, he can mess with your cash. In many places, he should be able to log in with his own user id and password on any computer.
