Dear Internet, The word is BREATHE. You take a BREATH. When you inhale and exhale you BREATHE. Stop misspelling this word, dammit.

Wow, I'd file an a$$hole complaint on him. But you should say something to him when you see him. You should be comfortable enough to cough in your own home whenever you need too without some jerk complaining.
