One day, maybe…
Today, one of my friends bought a wedding dress for her upcoming wedding. My other friend intends to propose to her boyfriend, and ordered rings. I too made a purchase: a pair of socks for myself. FML

Well a wedding dress won't keep your feet warm in winter, so i'd say you made the right choice!

When your socks get worn out and useless, you can throw them away for nothing. Also, you can have as many pairs of socks as you like and none of them complain!

I feel you. All my friends from middle school and high school are married and are having their second child. Yesterday, I saw a post about two of my friends buying a house together. Meanwhile, I spent the whole day in my bed watching movies and Youtube videos today. It feels pretty good though.

Comparing yourself to others is never a good thing. Their lives may not be as great as you think, and you still have time to find that special one. Plus, you can afford socks!

Well, I suppose there is a custom of the boy buying it instead of the girl. Not that it matters anyway, since engagement rings are a scam that you spend tons of money on and lose 1/5 th of their value overnight. Diamonds are intrinsically worthless.
