That's not too bad. I was super nervous my first time also. My first gynecologist was a lady doctor and I felt odd being touched by a female. Now I prefer them. (:

I'm extremely uncomfortable when I get physicals anyway. Mainly because Dr's have extremely cold touches. I do know though there is a method behind that madness.
