Cost effective
Today, I had the option of choosing a train or a plane to get to my destination. The train was cheaper but took 4 hours longer, so I picked the plane. My flight was delayed, so I essentially paid more to arrive later. FML

To bad u dont have european rules than. U get easy 350,- compensation if your flight is such delayed.

Given the hassle of flying, I’d have taken that train. Way more comfortable, possibly more scenic, cheaper and environmentally friendlier? Sold. With the hassle of the airport it’s only like 2hrs difference.
