How the **** are people so terrified of their own phones? My phone rings, I apologise to anyone with whom I'm conversing, take the call, say what needs to be said, hang up, and get on with my life. The average FMyLife visitor jumps out of their skin, drops any items they happen to be carrying (such as a laptop in one FML that I've read), and drives their car into the nearest object. How thick are you people?
YDI... but you don't deserve a license.
I don't understand how so many people get scared of their phone going off. It just doesn't make sense.
that's ironic.
shit happens
Gee, I wonder if you're a woman??? Why do people who scare ridiculously easily think it's a good idea to get inside and control a half ton piece of steel that goes really fast?
This has to be the 100th FML I've read that involved someone getting scared by their cell phone and doing something totally retarded. WTF people. A: you hear it ring all the time. B: Doing something retarded when scared is not going to help your chances of survival. C: YDI

You should have looked around your car before you got in to see what was around it. Also, if your instinct is to press down on the gas rather than release it and consider braking, you're not ready to drive alone.
another one of those ironic fmls.....
