Depending on his idea of a gynecologist, it maybe time to teach him a valuable life lesson? Chin up OP, you have the whole summer to set a kid on a straight part for the rest of his life :)
Negative rubber ducky on teaching him a "valuable lesson". Talk to the kids parents and let them know. It's a parents responsibility to teach their children, not a babysitter, what types of doctors there are. It's also a parents responsibility to teach their children what is an appropriate "play doctor, play house, play mommy/daddy roles". I would be appalled if my babysitter talked to my kids about sex. That would make me feel like someone was stepping on my territory as a parent and that person wouldn't babysit my child/ren again. Good luck OP, and as I suggested-LET THE PARENTS KNOW!
