Today, while attending a memorial service, I started my period. In a skirt. Feeling it would be rude to leave the room in the middle of the service, I sat with my inner turmoil until I thought I could bail. As I walked out with blood running down both of my legs, the entire room turned to stare. FML

From experience I'm told that you get pains in your stomach before it actually happens, kind of like an early sign. So for future advice if you feel these pains just play it safe and wear a pad until you're home

Today, I ran for editor-in-chief of a magazine. I spent hours working on my speech, and offered a bunch of new ideas to increase readership. My opponent just said that she, "loved the organization". I lost by a 4-1 margin. My opponent later announced her plans for next year. They were all of my ideas. FML
