Today, the girl I thought I was dating introduced me to her boyfriend. We've gone on dates and have slept in the same bed, but it turns out she thought I was her gay best friend and was planning to introduce me to her boyfriend's brother. FML

This thing seems to happen a lot on FML. I'm thinking its time to start being more forward in your communication. Just because you know your orientation, doesn't mean everyone else does. It's not easy, but it might save some heartache in the future.

I mean cuddling and hugging and leaning on friends isn't weird for girls to do with friends.Friendly Physical contact is simply taught to us as healthy, which it is. So snuggling up with a friend, male, female, straight, gay, whatever. its just nice being close to someone, especially someone who isn't going to ask more of you than just a cuddle.
