Today, one of my regulars that flirts with me almost daily got ahold of my number. This wouldn't be so bad if she wasn't almost 60 (I'm not even 20), and I had been the one to give it to her. I don't know how she got it. FML

Tell her that you don't appreciate unsolicited contact. If she flirts with you at work, tell her that it's against regulations and see if your manager will back you. Unsolicited flirting tends to suck after a while of the person not getting that a lack of response or negative response ISN'T playing hard to get.

The problem is that I AM the manager, and I'm not used to being rude to people. I rarely ever have to drop someone because nobody flirts with me.

Just tell her you don't want to mix personal relationships with business because it can have major consequences. If that doesn't work and she's crossing into harassment territory, you maybe should look into legal action. Guys shouldn't have to deal with harassment anymore than anyone else should.
