Apparently my dog is dead. I found it buried in my garden while i was digging to plant some okra. My nephews confessed to "accidentally" killing it and burying it because they were scared. I've spent so much money, time and energy trying to reach my neighbour. I feel embarrassed thinking of how I was so sure he had a hand in Ozil's disappearance.
