How does a fan ruin the wood?
Good lord, that's ridiculous. Surely there's a law about denying someone the right to cool down in searing heat, right?
Ya I pretty sure it negligent abuse
If moving air is a concern, explain to her that the cumulative effects of everyone's breathing is even more damaging to said wood than a fan. [Breath=wind+moisture(including a digestive enzyme)]
That would make it worse as there would be more insulation, causing more heat to be trapped
I'm so sorry.
Just because you are used to being overheated doesn't mean that it is healthy. That's like saying because you are "used to" drinking alcohol that it doesn't damage your body. There's also the fact you know abso-*******-lutely nothing about OP's health. They could have conditions that make getting overheated dangerous- I certainly do, and people telling me to "stop complaining" about something that could put me in the hospital or even kill me REALLY pisses me off. So kindly shut the hell up about your "hurt durr I endanger my health so you should shut up and tolerate yours being endangered by a neglectful parent!" idiocy. 90 degrees is high enough to cause heat stroke, idiot. Maybe not fast, but it WILL cause it. And any parent idiotic or neglectful enough to make their kid sit in a 90 degrees and climbing room instead of letting them use a fan is probably dumb or neglectful enough to limit when their kid can get water.
