Today, my little sister had her second son. She is 31 and she named her sons after her favorite television characters, Sam and Dean Winchester. She has made it her life goal to make sure her husband never finds out. FML

What does this have to do with you? And what does it matter if he finds out? They're obviously decent names or he wouldn't have agreed to them...and the show is pretty good too (at least through season 5, haha)

Could be worse. She could have named them after lousy pop culture celebs like Justin Bieber. Or Harry Potter names; none of those are common/normal (apart from like two), so her husband definitely would have caught on. I don't get naming kids after your favorite fictional characters. I just don't. Same with naming kids after your exes. But I'm confused as to how this screws up OP's life and not her brother-in-law's.
