Today, my girlfriend won't talk to me because I won't have sex with her. Why? She just got diagnosed with STDs. FML

No need to take the risk. Get checked yourself just in case. Ever heard of condoms? You can still have sex and stay safe.

I know that it could be from a previous relationship, but otherwise his girlfriend has probably been cheating, and that might be why he don't want to have sex. And in any case, a STD is kind of a turnoff, even with a condom. But yeah, get yourself checked asap, you might already have it, sorry op.

I know condoms help with protection, but I have to agree with the OP here. Assuming the gf didn't cheat, I wouldn't want to sleep with someone I knew had an STD either, I just wouldn't want to risk it because they can cause discomfort and take a sometime to get rid of. Sex can wait until it's less of a risk.

what kind of STDs? Because if it's something minor like herpes just wear a condom. If it's something like HIV well then i completely understand

I wouldn't say herpes is minor, there are treatments for the breakouts but I don't believe there is a cure.

There is currently no cure for herpes.

Both men and women have sexual needs. There are safe ways to take care of an infected partner. This can be a learning experience, if you two are staying together.
