If you have a very pregnant cat, and you have a cozy spot with new, soft towels, you'd be smarter to not leave them out. You can't blame the cat for wanting to be comfortable while pushing out multiple babies. This isn't exactly surprising.
Your cat got the right idea. New fresh fluffy towels. What a perfect soft way for the little kittens to be welcomed into this world. How many kittens did she have?
Now get your cat fixed.
Congratulations your a .....
Congrats on the kittens!!! Atleast you know your girl was comfortable during the birth :)
It's a FYL and YDI because when you have a pregnant cat, you should have a spot set up for it but when it goes into labor. Congrats on the new babies though.
@22, I don't think that's a well deserved YDI, maybe OP did set up a place for her cat, maybe not, we don't know. Cats are notorious for doing their own thing instead of what you want them to do. You can set up a place for them but that doesn't mean they're gonna use it.
When I was younger my cat had her kittens on my bed... while I was sleeping in it :(

Actually it sounds like the cat DID have a pretty good idea and found a soft, warm place to do it. Linens can be cleaned. At least it wasn't your couch or carpet. Congrats on the new kittens!
At least they're white so you can bleach the hell out of them!
