I don't know whether to laugh or be repulsed by this guy's immaturity. He's technically asking OP to marry his penis, and to me that says he only loves her for one reason, which is sex. I'd find out if he really loves you first OP, and then if he proposes like a mature gentleman, accept it if the love is real.

He's technically asking if you'll marry his penis. I'd say no, tell him to grow up, and after you determine if he loves you and not just the sex, and he asks in a mature manner, then say yes if you even want him then.
