Today, my boss denied my request for the day off. I requested the day off because it's my birthday, but my boss thinks I'm lying. My dad is my boss. FML

Sorry but that's hilarious. When I was 11 I was asked by a TSA person how old I was and my dad answered 13. When I said 11 the person didn't believe me and I had to take the shoes and the belts and stuff off anyway. Nothing good comes from parents not knowing your birthday.

Today, my 4 year-old son learned that burgers and chicken tenders are made from cows and chickens. I braced myself for the tantrum, only to hear, "They're yummy. Can we turn the cat into a burger? What do squirrels and dogs turn into?" Now I'm scared of my kid. FML
