For anyone his happens to in the future, and doesn't want to or can't go to the ER: If they aren't ALL in super deep, buy some Elmer's glue, apply a good layer of it everywhere you have the spines in your skin, let it dry, then peel off the glue. As long as the layer of glue is thick enough, it should take most of them out of your skin as you peel the glue away. Do it again, and after the second round the only ones left should be he ones that you need to take out with tweezers, and here shouldn't be too many. This is actually used by ER staff, so it's pretty effective.
