Today, I was stopped by a teacher who told me that multiple people have complained about my breath smelling like "poop and garlic". I brushed my teeth for 10 minutes this morning, flossed 3 times, and have been popping breath mints all day. FML

Persistent bad breath could mean an underlying problem. If you are able to, you might want to set up a dentist appointment.

Dentist appointment definitely! You may also have Tonsilloliths (Tonsil Stones) The pockets in your tonsils collect food and spit while swallowing and the Tonsilith's they create can smell awful. Smell can't be removed by mouthwash or teeth brushing. They have to be manually removed by you or a dentist. I'm sorry, I hope you find out what it is! Also, Enjoy the youtubes on tonsil stones! lol

If none of these things have helped, I advise for you to see a doctor. It can be a sign of something serious.

Definitely go see a doctor immediately thats usually a sign of infection in sinuses, gums, tonsils or even lungs, if your breath is really that bad but first ask someone ya trust to smell your breath to make sure your school peers aren't just being assholes.😊

make sure to brush your tongue and pop out any tonsil stones. I get them and I've never used a dentist to remove mine before. it's easy to do if they're on the front of your tonsils but they smell so bad

Stop eating bread. You may have a gluten allergy.

I read that as "pooping breath mints all day" and now I can't stop giggling

Tonsil stones? Can cause bad breath that doesn’t improve with oral hygeine.

Brush your tongue and swallow activated charcoal tablets after meals.

y sister says the same thing. But her breath smells literally the same.

I just don't understand how someone can't tell that he has bad breath.
